Sunset United Church is served by two ministry staff:

Russell and Kathy share in full time team ministry.  Although many of the tasks of ministry are shared, they each take primary responsibility in certain areas, and offer staff support to different committees.  Both ministers are available for weddings, baptisms and funerals, at the request of the families calling the church.

Russell’s primary areas of responsibility are ministry and education with children, youth and families, as well as social justice outreach, locally and globally.

Kathy’s primary areas of responsibility are providing worship and spiritual formation with adults, and providing pastoral care (visiting in homes and hospitals).

They each relate to different committees:

Administrative Staff

Marci Brisbourne joined Sunset United as regular office staff in the summer of 2011.  She is responsible for the office activities and administrative functions of the church, and acts as a liaison to the staff and congregation.  She is a pleasant and outgoing person who is always ready with a smile and a helping hand.
